Data Analyst position at IDIBAPS-Hospital Clínic

We are looking for a data analyst for the analysis of behavioral, neurophysiological and neuroimaging data from a longitudinal study comparing the evolution of patients with autoimmune encephalitis, patients with schizophrenia and healthy control participants. The data include responses in neuropsychological tests, electroencephalographic recordings during a cognitive task, polysomnogram recordings during the night, and neuroimaging recordings in various modalities (resting state and cognitive task in fMRI, DTI, spectroscopy). Some of this data has already been analyzed and we are now looking to complete the analysis of the rest of the data and analyze the relationships between the different types of data.

Quantitative training in mathematics, physics, engineering or similar, a good statistical background, command of programming languages like R or Python, and experience in multidimensional data analysis and visualization are required. Previous experience in the field of neurology or neuroscience will be valued.

A 40 hour/week contract is offered (funded for 2 years), with flexible work schedule and the possibility of combining with teleworking. Gross salary €27,000/year. Start date any time before September 2023. If interested, work can be oriented towards obtaining a doctoral degree at the University of Barcelona.
